Disclaimer: My pins are NOT licensed by Disney and are not to be traded with Cast Members or in any Disney Store/Theme Park. My pins are considered fan art fantasy pins.

PRESALE COMMITMENT: Once you place a presale order, you understand and agree to commit to and wait the amount of time it takes to mass produce the pins, receive it in hand and have them shipped to you. The amount of time it potentially takes the manufacturer to produce the pins are 2-4 months. Everyone who places a presale order automatically receives a Standard A Grade pin and a discount for ordering the product before it’s in hand.

Refund/Return Policy (PRESALE & IN-HAND PRODUCTS): Once your order is placed, your order is final and nonrefundable/nonexchangeable. There will be no cancellations, no returns and no exchanges allowed. I ask that you please read all information and the item description before purchasing.

Exchange Exceptions: The only time an exchange will be permitted is in the instance that you receive a different grade pin than the one you initially purchased. For example: If you bought an A grade pin, but you received a C grade, then you would be eligible for an exchange. Being that my products are limited edition, there is always a possibility I’d sell out of the product you need an exchange for. Ergo, I can’t guarantee a replacement will be available for you. If this happens, a refund will be issued once I receive the pin in return. I will always make sure to ship out items that meet all my requirements of unflawed, but please keep in mind that my items are handmade and not every item will be identical to one another.

Enamel Pin Grading System: 
  • A GRADE: Top quality product free of MAJOR flaws such as; low filled enamel, air bubbles, incorrect color placement, stray paint/glitter specs, and many screen print errors.
  • B GRADE: May exhibit MINOR flaws, of the type mentioned above and include minor scratches, noticeable color ripples and front pin metal defects
  • C GRADE: Is MAJORLY flawed. A large quantity of missing or peeling enamel, including, but not limited to everything mentioned above. They will always have wearable pin post(s).

*Glimmerella is not liable for damaged, lost, and/or stolen packages. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact your local USPS office and complete a Help Request Form and/or a Missing Mail Search Request. 

*Glimmerella does not take responsibility for packages shipped to the wrong address due to customer error. Please make sure you input the correct billing and shipping address during checkout. All International Customers are responsible for any and all custom fees imposed by their country
